One of the easiest ways to create a stunning room that your guests will never forget is with wallpaper. And there’s no need to be afraid of using wall coverings because they are so much easier to install and remove today. Mood Setter

Wallpaper allows you to immediately set a mood in any room. In the dining room above, I wanted a striking contrast with the wainscoting, but I also wanted a soothing mood that would make guests want to linger. The gorgeous teal in the Schumacher wall covering adds a subtle pattern and a refreshing color.

Adding Texture

Wall coverings come in so many materials today. This grasscloth from Schumacher isn’t just a lovely pattern. There’s a subtle texture to it, as well. That adds dimension and depth to this small powder bath.

Artistic Touch

In the playroom above, the wallpaper from Rebel Walls looks like a work of art on its own. The walls are so stunning with the unusual pattern that looks like dripping paint. Wrapping a room in this design feels like you’re living in a work of art.

A Different View

Don’t forget that wallpaper doesn’t have to stay on just the four walls of a room. In the bedroom above, I had the Culp pattern placed on the ceiling for a unique look. You could wallpaper inside a walk-in closet, inside a secretary, or lining the drawers of a chest. Wallpaper is so versatile that you can literally use it anywhere!
