It’s so nice to be able to be outdoors with friends and family again! I want to just sit and visit as much as possible. So I’m thrilled when I find an outdoor chair that’s both chic and comfortable. There are some gorgeous designs that have just debuted in the outdoor market, and these are my 4 favorites!

The embracing back is what really made me sit up and take notice of the new Bow Lounge Chair, designed by Barbara Barry for McGuire. It’s cast in aluminum and wrapped in acrylic cord. But most importantly, it’s canted at just the right angle for restful moments spent outdoors.

This is such an iconic design that Brown Jordan decided to reissue all of designer Walter Lamb’s outdoor designs for the company’s 75th anniversary. The Walter Lamb Rocker highlights the original design from Walter Lamb Bronze reimagined with modern and elevated materials to withstand the elements.

The Savaii Chairs by Bernhardt remind me of the iconic pappasan chair that was so deep and inviting. These are created in rope material for the outdoors and - bonus - they swivel! Perfect chair for long summer days.

The Palermo Outdoor Lounge Chair from Palecek has an embracing frame that wraps around you, while the plush cushions ensure that you’ll want to sit there all day long.
